Answers to the usual questions about InstaSpawn and Pro.
Getting Pro
How do I get Pro?+
On instaspawn.com: sign up (or sign in), choose a plan on the Get Pro page and pay with Creem, our payment processor. Your Pro code shows right away on the page you land on, on your account page and in your email.
Then in Roblox Studio: InstaSpawn > Get Pro > paste the code > Turn on Pro, and confirm the Roblox account it shows. Pro is on.
On your phone? The QR code in the plugin's Get Pro opens instaspawn.com, so you can pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Then paste the code from your email into the plugin.
Do I need an account?+
To buy Pro, yes: a free InstaSpawn account with a confirmed email. It keeps your code, your plan, your receipts and canceling in one place, on your account page. The free plugin needs no account.
What plans are there?+
- Monthly, $9.99 a month. Renews automatically.
- Annual, $79.99 a year. Renews automatically.
- 1-month pass, $14.99. Pay once, no renewals.
- 3-month pass, $39.99. Pay once, no renewals.
Every plan unlocks the same Pro features. Prices are in US dollars, and tax may be added at checkout.
What does Pro add?+
Cuts that follow your model's own edge loops, skinned rigs and ball joints, all 18 attachment points, fitted clothing cages, and trying gear on before you export. The full list is on the Get Pro page.
Who can buy Pro?+
An adult (18 or over). A parent or guardian can buy Pro for a teen's Roblox account. The parent is then the buyer.
Your Pro code
Where do I find my Pro code?+
On the page you land on right after you pay, on your account page (Copy or Show), and in the receipt email we send.
How do I paste my code?+
In Studio, open InstaSpawn, click Get Pro, paste the code into the box and click Turn on Pro. Spaces, dashes and capitals don't matter. Before anything changes, the plugin shows the Roblox account Pro will turn on for. If it's yours, confirm. If not, choose Not this account, sign into the right account in Studio and paste the code again.
I lost my code.+
Sign in and open your account page: every code you bought is there. Once pasted, the plugin remembers it on that computer.
I bought a second pass. What do I do with its code?+
Paste it in the plugin on the same Roblox account (Pro, then Use another code). Its time is added to what you have left, up to 12 months in total. Your old code keeps working too.
Your account
How do I create an account?+
Choose Sign up at the top of any page, enter your email and a password, and open the link we email you. That confirms your email and signs you in. Signing up from the Get Pro page brings you back to the plan you chose. Your InstaSpawn account is separate from your Roblox account: never use your Roblox password here.
What's on my account page?+
Each Pro code you bought, its plan and when it renews or ends, the Roblox account it's on, the computers using it, Cancel Pro and Resume Pro, Billing and receipts, and the money-back link. Also your email, password and sign-ins.
How do I reset my password?+
On the sign-in page, use "Forgot password" to get a reset link by email. It works for 1 hour.
I didn't get the confirmation email.+
Check your spam folder. Then sign in: if your email isn't confirmed yet, the sign-in page offers to send the link again. An account that's never confirmed is removed after 7 days, so you can sign up again then.
How do I change my email or password?+
On your account page. A new email is confirmed with a link we send to it, and we tell your old address. Changing your password signs you out everywhere else.
How do I delete my account?+
On your account page, choose Delete my account and confirm with your password. It deletes your account and personal data at once, and Pro on your codes ends.
Roblox accounts and computers
Which Roblox account gets Pro?+
The one you're signed into in Roblox Studio when you paste the code. The plugin shows its name before you confirm. Pro is on one Roblox account at a time.
Can I move Pro to another Roblox account?+
Yes. Sign into the other Roblox account in Studio and paste the same code in Get Pro. The plugin names the account Pro is on now; choose Move Pro here. Pro moves in one step, so it's never on two accounts at once, and this works even if you no longer have the old account.
You can also take Pro off an account first, from the plugin's Pro panel on that account or on your account page. Then paste the code on the new account.
You can move it once every 7 days, and the Pro panel shows when the next move is possible. The old account loses Pro the next time its plugin checks.
How many computers can I use?+
Up to 3 computers signed into the Roblox account that has Pro, with Pro work running on 2 of them at the same time. Several Studio windows on one computer count as one. Paste the same code on each. Using Pro on a 4th computer signs out the one you haven't used for the longest. To use Pro there again, choose Use Pro here in its Pro panel. You can see the computers, and sign one out, on your account page.
Can I share my code with friends?+
No. A plan is for one person. A code used by several people gets limited or turned off.
Billing and canceling
How do I cancel?+
On your account page, choose Cancel Pro. One click does it, and telling us why is optional. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, nothing renews after that, and we email you to confirm. Changed your mind? Resume Pro there before then.
Do passes renew?+
No. A pass is paid once and never renews. The plugin's Pro panel shows the date it lasts until, and we email you 3 days before it ends. Buying another pass adds its time to what you have left, up to 12 months in total.
How do I change my card or get a receipt?+
On your account page, choose Billing and receipts. It opens Creem's order portal, with your receipts, invoices and card details. You can also go to creem.io/my-orders and sign in with the email you paid with.
A payment failed. What now?+
Creem emails you and tries again. Update your card in Creem's order portal to keep Pro.
Who handles payments?+
Creem, our payment processor and merchant of record. It takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipts. We never see your card.
Will the price change?+
If the price of your subscription ever changes, we email you at least 10 days before.
Refunds
Can I get my money back?+
Yes. Sign in and ask with the money-back form(it's linked from your account page too), and your latest payment goes straight back to the card you paid with. There's nobody to wait for.
Pro ends on that code at once, a subscription stops renewing, and the Roblox account it was on can't use Pro again. Each code can be refunded once.
Should I dispute the charge with my bank?+
Please use the money-back forminstead. It's quicker. A disputed charge ends Pro at once and suspends the account it was on.
What the plugin's messages mean
Your Pro has ended. Get Pro to turn it on again.+
Your subscription was canceled or ran out, or your pass has no days left. Pick a plan on the Get Propage, then paste the new code in the plugin's Get Pro.
Pro moved to another Roblox account.+
Your code was moved to another account, so this one no longer has Pro. If that was you, carry on there. To bring it back, choose Move Pro here in the Pro panel (or paste the code there again). Pro can move once every 7 days.
Pro was turned off on this computer because it was used on 3 others.+
Pro works on 3 computers per account, and a 4th signs out the one used longest ago. Choose Use Pro here in the Pro panel to use it on this one again.
This code isn't active any more, so Pro is off.+
The code was refunded, or its payment was disputed, which ends Pro on it. To use Pro again, get a new plan.
This code was turned off.+
A code shared with other people gets turned off. A plan is for one person.
Can't reach InstaSpawn to check Pro. It stays on for 24 hours from the last check.+
The plugin checks your Pro now and then. Offline, Pro keeps working for a day. Once you're back online it checks again by itself.
Pro is in use on 2 other computers right now. Try again when one of them is done.+
Pro work was already running on 2 other computers signed into your Roblox account. Finish on one of them, then carry on here. Several Studio windows on one computer count as one computer.
You've done a lot in a short time. Try again in a few minutes.+
This keeps the plugin quick for everyone. Wait a few minutes and carry on. Nothing you've made is lost.
Cage fitting is busy right now. Try again in a minute.+
Lots of people are fitting cages at once. Try again shortly. Your model is fine.
Can't connect right now.+
Your computer couldn't reach InstaSpawn. Check your internet connection. The plugin picks up again once you're back online.
Needs web access. Allow it for InstaSpawn in Plugins › Manage Plugins.+
Studio asks before a plugin can use the internet. Open “Plugins › Manage Plugins”, find InstaSpawn and allow its web access.
This place doesn't let plugins build models.+
In Studio, open “File › Game Settings › Security” and turn on “Allow Mesh & Image APIs”, then open the model again. In Team Create, the place's owner may need to do this.
Studio blocked it. Allow Script Injection.+
InstaSpawn adds a small helper that saves your parts. In “Plugins › Manage Plugins › InstaSpawn”, allow Script Injection, then try again.
This model has too many triangles.+
Make the model again with fewer triangles. Most 3D generators have a polycount or low-poly setting. The plugin tells you the limit.
This version of InstaSpawn is out of date.+
Update it in “Plugins › Manage Plugins”, or restart Studio.
Data and privacy
What do you keep about me?+
When you turn Pro on with a code, the plugin sends your Roblox user ID, username and display name (from the account you're signed into in Studio) and a random ID for that computer. We keep them with your code, along with when you agreed to the Terms. Feedback you send is kept too, without your name. Your Roblox password never comes here.
If you buy Pro, Creem keeps your email and payment details. We use your email only for the notices our Terms promise.
With an InstaSpawn account, we keep your email, a scrambled form of your password (never the password itself) and the devices you're signed in on, until you delete the account.
What does the plugin send?+
What it needs to do its work, and anonymous usage counts, like how many models were opened and which plugin version. The counts carry no account, no user ID and no install ID. With Pro, it also sends your code, your Roblox user ID and its computer ID when it checks your plan.
Does Creem get my Roblox ID?+
No. Creem gets an internal account number from us, never your Roblox user ID or username.
How do I delete my data?+
Delete my account on your account page. It happens at once, and Pro on your codes ends. Can't sign in? Email privacy@instaspawn.comfrom your account's address. For a copy of your data, email the same address.
The full details are in the Privacy Policy and the Terms.
